I’m Helena Karchere—an executive coach and group facilitator with a career grounded in organizational development across corporate, startup and non-profit environments.

My coaching is rooted in ICF principles and informed by the Enneagram, archetypal Shadow Work®, conflict resolution, spiritual traditions, and Insights Discovery. The goal is not insight for its own sake. It’s leadership that becomes more clear, direct, relational, and sustainable—at work and at home.
